1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email. Payment must be made as per the agreed terms before or upon check-in.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Late check-outs may incur additional charges
• Early check-ins are subject to availability and may incur extra fees
• Timing is from 12 PM to 12 PM. Even if you arrive late, the day ends at 12 PM the following day.

3. House Rules

All guests must comply with the following rules:

• No loud music or disturbances to neighbors
• No smoking inside the apartments
• No illegal activities, substances, or weapons on the premises
• Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment clean
• Dispose of trash properly in provided dustbins
• Report any damages immediately
• Do not exceed the maximum guest capacity

4. Identification Requirements

For security purposes, all guests must provide valid identification (CNIC or Passport) at the time of booking or check-in. This information is kept strictly confidential and is required by local regulations.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before or upon check-in
• We accept bank transfers and cash payments
• A security deposit may be required for certain properties
• Deposits are refundable upon checkout after inspection

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows: No refund
• In case of emergencies, please contact us directly

7. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately. We are not liable for any loss of personal belongings.

8. Property Relocation

In case of timing clashes or unforeseen circumstances, management reserves the right to accommodate guests in an alternative apartment of similar standard within the same locality.

9. Legal Compliance

All guests must comply with Pakistani laws. Any criminal activity will be reported to the authorities and dealt with according to the Constitution of Pakistan. We have zero tolerance for illegal activities.
